X-Line is a high-performance CNC machine. It is designed for precise processing of all soft materials such as aluminium, brass or plastic. It is suitable for companies and educational institutions that are involved in prototyping or small-scale production. The added value of the machine is also the specially designed X-axis, which is not made from an extruded profile like most CNC machines of this class but is made of aluminum plates, which allows for even more rigidity and precision. The model X-Line also comes with HIWIN linear guides as standard. On each guide, there are two pre-tensioned linear carriages, which contribute to maximum precision and minimal possible vibrations. The configurator also allows you to choose various additional equipment such as milled ball-screw spindle, a stand, a safety enclosure, a vacuum table, and other useful accessories.
The electrical cabinet includes all electronics with JMC AC Servo 750W motors, AXBB-E controller with UCCNC licensed software, sensors for automatic squaring and limit switches.
